Happy Halloween Everyone!
Friday was a busy day at Kim EunHye English School! We had tons of fun activities going on! Here is a list of what went down as per the Teacher Meeting.
Sen and Joseph were in charge of the Quiz Booth!
Sera and I Were in charge of catwalking ( Looooong story, but our original idea was a cake walk... but thanks to miscommunication it became Cat Walking... and apparently we now spell Allison, "Ailson"...go figure!
And Jenny was in charge of face painting!
Halloween is not really celebrated that much in korea, but our school did manage to have an outdoor celebration on friday october 30th, and tonight we are going to go to a "foreigner" halloween party...
Here are a few fun pictures from school to tide you over!
Some of the schools Homemade decorations! That is one of the students who was not in class!
Here is the decorations. England, China and France are classroom names and each level is in a different classroom. There is also an Africa and America! Look something is going on in china!
It is teacher joseph not really teaching... just being creepy for Halloween! I had no idea he was in that pictures until I came home and started uploading them on the computer. And he said he just peaked through the window real quick because he thought he saw me!!! haha.
In Class on thursday we did Milk carton candy containers for the friday celebration. Here is my American Class... as you can see the girls are hard at work! They are so sweet and work really hard to talk to me. They are about a level four out of 8, but I never have any trouble understanding them, even if they don't know the exact words! This class is one of my favorites!
Lisa, Chavi, Ella and Sarah.
And Below this is the boys... not really working, but always making me laugh! They do this all the time for fun!
Awww, Billy and Hal always make me laugh, except when they "forget their homework"
They told me my drawings were really good. We went over some halloween ideas for them to draw on their candy holders! This is my Early America class, One kid Chris has the coolest glasses, I tried to get a picture, and I failed.
Missed it again! Drat
ALMOST.....
HAHAH Got it! All the kids have really cool glasses but his light blue ones are Carolina Blue, so I had to get a picture for my dad! Go Heels!
And This is Aidon, not to be outdone by Chris, he had to have his picture taken too. He wrote the word Poo on my teaching book in korean the first day. I had forgotten about it till Jenny Teacher asked me a few days ago why that was written on my book... that scoundrel...
Some Great kids dressed up for Halloween. Iris, Luna and Alex with his zipper up!
Limbo outside at our school celebration. The Catwalk was a big hit, but as I ran it I didn't get a chance for pictures.
Teacher Sera setting up for the Quiz game.
We stayed outside all day till the 7:30 class was over at 8:20, the older kids got candles. Here is Teacher Joseph and one of my students James!
Teacher Jenny playing around on Graces Exercise ball... haha. She was so mad I took this picture!
